Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (Templates, Planners, Toolkits, etc.)

All our digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is placed and access or download link is delivered.
This is because digital content, once delivered, cannot be returned or revoked.

However, we will make every effort to resolve technical issues or access problems promptly.

We will assist you if:
    • The download link or access email was not received.

    • The file provided is corrupted or inaccessible.

    • You made a duplicate payment by mistake (refunded after verification).

Refunds are not issued for:
    • Change of mind or accidental purchase.

    • Incompatibility with your device, app, or software.

    • Partial or full use of a template, pack, or toolkit.

    • Expectation mismatch after digital delivery.

If any genuine issue occurs, please contact us at support@alfabuildcore.com within 24 Hours of purchase.

Technical or Payment Issues

In case your payment is deducted but confirmation is not received:

    1. Wait at least 2 hours, as some payments take time to reflect.

    2. If still unresolved, email us at support@alfabuildcore.com with:

      • Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)

      • Date and time of payment

      • Product or service name

We’ll verify the transaction with our Payment Gateway (Razorpay/Stripe) and resolve it within 3–5 business days.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you are charged twice for the same order:

    • Please email us at support@alfabuildcore.com with both transaction references.

    • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for refund delays or failures due to external factors like payment gateway downtime, internet outages, or unforeseen technical issues.

Mode of Refund

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed only via the original payment method used at checkout — such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PhonePe. We do not provide refunds in cash or alternative wallets.
