The Man Behind It

Akshar Mohan

Founder of Growwmation and AlfaBuildCore

I build AI-first products for problems that industries still solve by hand, and small experiments for fun, in the open, with anyone who wants to learn alongside us. I am still learning, and I would rather show the work than talk about it.

What I'm building

Two homes, one habit: build it, then share it.

Growwmation

A product-first AI company

I started Growwmation to build AI-first products for real industrial problems: the follow-ups that slip, the reports nobody has time for, the checks that still happen on paper. With our team, we start from the problem and let the product earn its place.

AlfaBuildCore

Where we experiment, openly

AlfaBuildCore is my workshop. I build small, experimental apps here for the joy of it, share what worked and what didn't, and together we grow a community of people who would rather ship than talk about shipping.

My story so far

Slowly, then steadily.

There was no overnight moment. Just curiosity, a lot of practice, and a decision to build something of my own, step by step.

  1. 2012

My first laptop and a slow, expensive internet connection. It opened a window I never closed.

  2. 2014

Straight after class 10, I started a small blog about WordPress and digital marketing. I learned by writing down what I learned.

  3. 2014–2024

More than a decade of building on WordPress: sites, portals and whatever a client needed, somehow I always solved it there.

  4. The leadership office

I spent years as Executive Assistant to the CEO, and later the CMO, at one of India's large steel wire manufacturers. I saw up close how operations move and where follow-ups break.

  5. The shift

I made a quiet, committed move into AI automation, agents and product systems, one brick at a time rather than one dramatic leap.

  6. 2025

I incorporated Growwmation Labs in Noida, as a home for AI-first products built for industry.

  7. Today

Building at Growwmation, experimenting at AlfaBuildCore, and learning alongside everyone who joins us.

How I work

The few things I hold on to

01

Community is the foundation; AI is the multiplier.

People and their work come first. Automation earns its place by making that work easier to repeat.

02

Everything pushes toward action, proof, and shipping.

If a feature, post, or tool does not move real work forward, it does not belong in the ecosystem.

03

Minimal friction; maximum momentum.

Fewer steps between intention and progress. Nothing that exists only to collect your data.

04

High trust; no spammy noise.

We do not claim results we cannot show, and we do not send mail you did not ask for.

Notes from the workshop

What I'm learning

Written by me, not a bot

I read and sign every note before it goes out.

Decisions with the reasoning

What changed across our products, and why.

Direction before announcements

Changes reach this list first.

Founder Note · 20 Sept 2026

Why AlfaBuildCore exists

I kept meeting people with the same problem I had. Folders full of saved tools. Bookmarks that never became anything. A lot of motion, not much shipped. AlfaBuildCore is my answer to that. Saveeed to capture what matters. OneGrowth to turn workflows into systems that run. Freemium.Tools for the small jobs in between. And a community where people share real progress rather than performance. AI is not doing the work for you here. It is leverage, and it only pays off when it sits on top of clarity and a system. That is the standard I am building to, in public, one release at a time. — Akshar Mohan, Founder

Operating Principle · 20 Sept 2026

The standard we hold

No noise. No shallow motivation. Useful systems, tools and progress.

Four principles guide every decision on this ecosystem. Community is the foundation; AI is the multiplier. People first, tooling second. Everything pushes toward action, proof, shipping and outcomes. If it does not move work forward, it does not ship. Minimal friction; maximum momentum. Fewer steps between intention and progress. High trust, no spammy noise. We do not claim results we cannot show.

What you actually get

  • The Builder Positioning PlaybookTen pages, yours on joining, on turning what you build into proof people can check.
  • The Tools, wholeThe workflow, the prompts, the template. The working version, not a summary of it.
  • The NumbersWhat a build cost, what it earned, and the decision that turned out wrong.
  • The SystemsWhat changed across the products this week, written by the person who changed it.

The playbook lands in your inbox right after you join. The people on this list also get asked what to build next, and that access is real while the list is small.
